A house designed for living together… while maintaining privacy
Domaine de la Fontaine has 8 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 15 people , spread between the ground floor and the first floor. This layout allows families, friends, and several generations to comfortably stay under one roof.
The house also features two separate living areas , each with its own fully equipped kitchen. This layout is particularly appealing for large families or groups who wish to share time together while still having the option of a quieter space.
Upstairs: 5 air-conditioned bedrooms
The upper floor houses five bedrooms, all air-conditioned, as well as two bathrooms with shower and toilet.

The air conditioning in the upstairs rooms provides real comfort during hot summer days.
On the ground floor: 3 bedrooms
The three ground-floor bedrooms are located in the former farmhouse rooms. Thanks to their location and the thickness of the old building's walls, they naturally retain a pleasant coolness in summer.

Having bedrooms on the ground floor is particularly convenient for families with young children or people who prefer to avoid stairs.
A cottage with ample air conditioning
A large part of Domaine de la Fontaine is air-conditioned: the five upstairs bedrooms as well as the large living room and the large kitchen benefit from air conditioning.
During the intense heat of summer 2026, our travelers particularly appreciated this comfort, which allows them to find cool spaces after a day spent by the pool or exploring the Dombes.
Two independent living spaces
Domaine de la Fontaine offers a particularly appealing layout for a gîte that can accommodate up to 15 people: two independent living spaces.
The first includes a large, welcoming living room and a large, fully equipped kitchen.
The second one also has its own living space and a fully equipped kitchen.
This organization allows several families or generations to share the same stay while maintaining a certain degree of autonomy.
Two kitchens for added comfort
Large kitchen: Large refrigerator, small freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and cooktop.
Second kitchen: Fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob.
Two kitchens are particularly appreciated during stays of several days and make it easy to organize meals for a group of 15 people.
Sanitary facilities adapted for groups
The cottage has 4 bathrooms , including the private bathroom of the PMR suite, as well as 2 separate toilets on the ground floor .
And for those who have to work…
Three bedrooms have a desk and the Domaine benefits from a Wi-Fi connection allowing for teleworking in good conditions.
An ideal solution for extending a stay of a few days or working occasionally from the Dombes, before closing the computer to enjoy the swimming pool and the large spaces of the estate.
